3D parts finder for KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS dealers
The OEM fiche your customers already use, turned into a 3D model of the assembly. They pick their KTM, open the diagram, rotate it, explode it the way a mechanic takes it apart, click the part they need and add it to your cart. The first 3D parts finder built for motorcycle dealers, with 9,568 diagrams in 3D today.
Live, not a video: four diagrams from the KTM 250 and 300 EXC 2024 in the same viewer your customers get on the storefront. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, click a part, or switch back to the 2D drawing.
In one line: the KTM parts fiche, with a 2D / 3D switch that turns the exploded drawing into a model of the assembly.
A KTM parts finder lets a rider or a parts counter go from a motorcycle to an exact OEM part number: choose the model and year, open the diagram for the assembly, find the callout number on the drawing, read the part in the list. The drawing is flat, and on a busy fiche with forty callouts it takes practice to see which washer sits behind which bearing.
The 3D KTM parts finder keeps every part of that flow and adds the assembly itself. One switch replaces the drawing with a model the shopper can turn around, pull apart with a slider in the order a mechanic would, and click. Each part in the model carries the same reference number and OEM part number as the drawing and the parts list, so the 3D view and the fiche never disagree.
Outcome: a shopper who cannot name the part can still point at it, and buy it from you.

The OEM diagram for the assembly, with numbered hotspots and the linked parts list, as on any parts finder.
On modelled diagrams a 2D / 3D switch shows the assembly as a 3D model the shopper can rotate and zoom.
A slider pulls the parts apart in the order a mechanic removes them, so hidden seals and shims come into view.
The part lights up with its name and reference number, matched to the row in the parts list with price and stock.
The OEM part goes into your store's own cart. Superseded numbers resolve to the part you can actually sell.
Today: 9,568 OEM diagrams in 3D, across the KTM group's off-road and supermoto range.
The 3D KTM parts finder covers KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS off-road and supermoto models from 2020 to 2027: enduro (EXC, TE, EC), motocross (SX, SX-F, TC, FC, MC), cross-country (XC, XC-W, TX), supermoto (SMC, SM), the 450 rally bikes, and WP suspension diagrams. Engine, chassis, fork, shock, electrics and bodywork fiches are all modelled where the drawing allows it.
Not in 3D yet: KTM street and travel bikes (Duke, RC, Adventure), Beta, GASGAS trial, and a few regional variants. Those keep the 2D fiche, which works for every brand in the parts finder. New diagrams are added regularly; on a diagram without a model the switch simply does not appear.
The models are illustrative, rebuilt from the OEM exploded diagrams rather than taken from factory CAD, and the viewer says so. The part numbers, quantities and positions come from the OEM fiche, so the order is always placed against the official part.
Short answer: you keep both. 3D is an extra view on the same diagram, not a different catalog.
The 2D fiche is precise and fast for anyone who reads parts diagrams every day. It is harder for a rider on a phone: small callouts, overlapping leaders, and parts drawn edge-on. In 3D the same rider turns the clutch over, opens it up, and sees that the part they need is the thin plate behind the basket, not the one in front.
For the dealer that should mean fewer "which one is it?" emails, fewer wrong parts sent back, and more orders placed without the parts counter. For the store it is a view most KTM dealer sites do not have. The 2D fiche flow itself is described on the fiche diagrams page.
The 3D parts finder is part of the Parts Finder app for Shopify (KTM Parts Finder Connector on the Shopify App Store) and runs in any other storefront through the same widget. It uses your own catalog, prices and cart, on your own domain.
3D is included in the Enterprise plan, from $999 USD per month, together with the 2D fiche, My Garage, fitment, smart search and catalog sync. The other plans keep the 2D fiche. Details are on the pricing page and the full list of modules on the features page.

Bring your store and the models you sell. We will open their diagrams in the 3D parts finder and show what your customers would see on your own storefront.
